This policy describes how Money Diagrams Uploader (the "Application"), an internal tool used by the owner of the Money Diagrams HQ YouTube channel, handles information.

1. YouTube API Services

The Application uses YouTube API Services. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Use of the Application is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

2. Information the Application accesses and stores

With the channel owner's authorization (OAuth 2.0, scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube), the Application accesses only the Money Diagrams HQ channel's own data through the YouTube Data API v3:

• channel information (channel ID, name, description, keywords, banner);
• the channel's videos it uploads and their metadata (title, description, tags, thumbnail, privacy status, scheduled publication time);
• the channel's playlists, to add videos to them.

The Application stores:

• an authorization (refresh) token, on a private server with access restricted to the operator;
• the identifiers and upload dates of the videos it uploaded, to avoid duplicate uploads.

Stored YouTube data is refreshed from the YouTube API or deleted at least every 30 calendar days. The Application never sees or stores the Google Account password.

3. How information is used and shared

This information is used only to carry out the channel owner's own publishing tasks on the Money Diagrams HQ channel. It is not sold, rented or shared with any third party, and it is not used for advertising. The Application does not allow third parties to serve content or advertisements.

4. Cookies and devices

Neither the Application nor this website uses cookies or similar tracking technologies, and the Application does not collect information from anyone's device. The web server hosting this website keeps standard technical access logs (IP address, date and requested page) for security purposes; they are deleted automatically after 14 days.

5. Revoking access

Access granted to the Application can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
